TeleMedicine is a great Healthcare service for those that have to travel far distance for follow-up appointments. This services is intended as a suppliment to normal office visits and not intended for replacing yearly appointments.
Our Telemed visits are powered by Healow which is available on both the Apple AppStore (iPhones) and Google PlayStore (Android).

Start a telemed visit in a few easy steps. Once logged into the Healow App access your TeleMed Visits from the Appointments Menu.

Once logged into the patient portal you can access your upcoming telemed visit from the appointments section. Click on the visit and choose start telemed visit. Once your Browser passes the compatibility check you can continue to the vital sign submission area. when information has been submitted you will be placed in the virtual waiting room waiting for the doctor to connect.
Our Healow app Practice ID is HIJBBD which is required the first time you launch the app to get to the correct practice login page.
These services are billed using CPT Visit Codes between 99212-99215 with a place of service #2 to indicate telemedicine. This is important if you are calling your insurance to verify your plans coverage.
